A workshop has established by Ajman Real Estate Regulatory
Agency "ARRA" in cooperation with Ajman Bank yesterday, entitled
" Real estate Financing Opportunities " at the headquarters of
Ajman Bank dealt with the situation of the real estate market in the Emirate
and the challenges faced by the sector.
The workshop, attended by a large number of major developers
and sub-developers in the Emirate of Ajman , who discussed issues related to real estate
affairs including the development of the real estate market at the present
time, the opportunities for real estate finance and ways of strengthening them.
Mr.Yafe Alfarag, CEO of Ajman Real Estate Regulatory, Said
"It is no secret to anyone that the real estate sector, which had been
leading the rest of the sectors in terms of sharing in strengthening the
national economy has declined due to pressures the global financial crisis and
the effect on the different sectors in the UAE and the rest of the world, so after
the end of 2012 we should review again the
reasons for this decline and study the ways of bringing the real estate
sector to its earlier position as a key in promoting and supporting the economy
of our country and through concerted efforts by
public and private sectors and support of the legislative and financial institutions.

with the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Authority side by side to provide an
attractive real estate financing products benefitting the real estate end users and also to
contribute to and encourage the real estate in Ajman."
The participants in the workshop expressed their interest
and their happiness in participating in workshop held by the institution, also
stressed the positive role played by the institution in order to regulate and
boost real estate development in the Emirate of Ajman and the protection of the
rights of both investors and developers.
